Antispam Policy

We respect your inbox. NarrativIQ only sends communication to those who request it — and we never tolerate spam. This page explains our approach to consent-based email, how we prevent abuse, and how you can report anything that doesn’t look right.


  1. Purpose of This Policy

    NarrativIQ is committed to ethical, permission-based communication. This Antispam Policy outlines our stance on unsolicited email and explains how we protect recipients from unwanted or deceptive messages.

  2. No Tolerance for Spam

    We do not send spam. Spam includes any unsolicited email sent in bulk to recipients who have not opted in to receive communications from us. We only send email to individuals who have explicitly requested it or provided their information to us through an approved channel (e.g., website forms, event sign-ups, or scheduling tools).

    • All marketing emails include a visible unsubscribe link
    • Recipients can opt out at any time — and are removed immediately upon request
    • We never rent, sell, or share your email address with third parties for their own marketing
    • All messages are clearly branded and contain our contact information
  4. Anti-Deception Standards

    We do not use misleading subject lines, forged headers, or masked sender identities. Our communications are designed to be transparent, professional, and respectful.

  5. Third-Party Platforms

    We may use verified platforms (such as Brevo or Mailchimp) to send email on our behalf. These providers must adhere to strict anti-abuse standards and allow us to maintain full control of opt-ins and opt-outs.

  7. Enforcement & Consequences

    Violations of this policy by any third party (e.g., contractors or partners misusing lists) will result in immediate termination of access and potential legal action. We monitor all outbound messaging systems to detect abuse.
